The athletic registration form for the 2024-2025 school year will open on June 1st. Please review the registration requirements below. 

WLHS is a member of the WIAA; therefore, we must have the following steps completed prior to participating in athletics.

1. Physical Examination completed every two years. A physical examination dated April 1, 2023 or later is required for the 2024-2025 school year. The form should be uploaded in Step 4 of the online registration. Download the Physical Form HERE. 

2. Online Athletic Registration completed every school year.​​

Please allow up to 3 school days for the registration to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a final clearance email which can be given to the athlete's coach prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
